ERNEST FAN

Qualifications & Experiences:

• 30 years of related working experience in leading training and development programs.
• 25 years of related working experience in design and build Adventure Training Facilities.
• 16 years working experience at Outward Bound Hong Kong, in which 8 years being the Chief Instructor.
• Expertise in designing and building unique training facilities.
• Conducted safety and risk assessments for other Outward Bound centers, and being a member of an international team to conduct training.
• Programs for MBA students and Executive Leadership at INSEAD in France.

​GARY CHOY

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Over 20 years of experience in adventure training across education, commercial, and government sectors; 15 years as trainer for expedition instructor and high rope instructor courses at The Boys’ Brigade, Hong Kong.
• Advanced Diploma in Adventure-Based Leadership (QF Level 4), HKU SPACE; Level 3 High-Event Instructor; Level 2 Low-Event Instructor; Level 2 Recreational Abseiling Instructor (Challenge Course Association of Hong Kong); Level 1 Tree Climbing Instructor (International Tree Climbing Association); Level 1 Canoe Instructor & Level 1 Stand-Up Canoe Instructor (Hong Kong Canoe Union).
• Certified Everything DiSC® Consultant; Level 1 Qualified Facilitator (Personality Dimensions®). Diploma in Supporting Children with Special Educational Needs (TQUK Level 4).
• Registered Trainer for Adventure Counselors, HKIAC.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• ​​20 years of teaching experience in HK, Australia and US for topics include sports, recreation and leisure management, health and wellness, personal development, theory of Play etc.
• 20 years experience of leading and designing training programs in HK and US for corporate and youths​​.
• Part time lecturer in tertiary institutes in HK for programs in Recreation and Leisure Management, Adventure and Special Event programming.
• ​Master of Science in Recreation (Program Management) & Minor in Kinesiology​ from the University of North Texas.

CARMEN LO

Qualifications & Experiences:

• 25 years of experience in delivery of training in overall personal performances including leadership, communication, team building, self-confidence, coping with adversity, time & life management, critical thinking etc.
• Holder of National Vocational Qualification for Training & Development Professional (Level II), China; Registered Worldwide Corporate Coach; Certified NLP Practitioner, American Board of NLP; International HADO instructor; Trainer of Challenge Course Association of HK, China; Instructor of Association of Challenge Course Technology, US; Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher from India School of Laughter Yoga; National Vocational Qualification for Toastmaster Professional, China;
• Founder of Mindful Art Academy; B.A., M.A.

Qualifications & Experiences:
