As the Chief Trainer of the company, Mr. Ernest Fan has worked in the outdoor education field for more than 25 years. He has profound experiences in leading adventure training and building adventure facilities. With over 16 years in providing training at Outward Bound, he has helped many organizations in discovering and turning their training needs into different challenging, enlightening, and fun training experiences so that his clients can transfer these fruitful experiences into their daily work situations.
